At this year’s VBS, we’ll step into the “kitchen” of God’s Word and explore the life of Solomon, discovering what it means to build a life filled with wisdom. Together, we’ll learn how the right ingredients, careful instruction, and a faithful heart all come together in God’s perfect design.

Each evening is thoughtfully prepared to help kids and adults alike "taste and see that the Lord is good" through Bible teaching, music, activities, and meaningful connection.

This Week's Menu:

Lesson 1: Having the Right Ingredients (1 Kings 3:3-15)
Solomon asks God for wisdom, showing us what matters most.
👉 A wise life starts with the right ingredients—seeking God first.

Lesson 2: Following the Recipe (1 Kings 6-8) 
Solomon builds the temple by following God’s instructions.
👉 God’s directions are good—and meant to be followed.

Lesson 3: Sharing the Recipe (1 Kings 10:1-13) 
The Queen of Sheba sees God’s wisdom through Solomon.
👉 God’s goodness is meant to be shared with others.

Lesson 4: Recipe for Disaster (1 Kings 11:1-13)
Solomon turns away from God.
👉 When we leave God out, everything falls apart.

Adult Bible Study with Keith Parker

While kids are engaged in their classes, adults are invited to gather for a nightly study focused on the life of Solomon and the pursuit of godly wisdom. Come be encouraged, challenged, and equipped as we dig deeper into what it means to live wisely.
